The Lake
Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Water Skiing...... Echo Lake is one of the best walleye and crappie lakes in the area, according to the DNR in "Outdoor News". Bring your boat, rent one of ours, or fish right off the dock. We know you will be happy with your catch! Or enjoy your day boating, swimming, sunning or water skiing at our beautiful, sandy beach.

Other Activities
In addition to water sports, activities available also include canoeing, volleyball, horseshoes, hiking trails and sightseeing. In season, wild berry picking and ricing are available in the area. A golf course & tennis courts are also located nearby.
Hunting
You will find excellent hunting prospects at Trail's End!The area offers a wealth of wildlife including grouse, duck, goose, bear, moose and deer.

Winter Sports
The winter beauty of the Superior National Forest provides the occasion to enjoy winter sports, ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. We are located on the Voyageur Snowmobile Trail which connects with the Arrowhead Trail and others offering hundreds of miles of groomed trails. After a long, invigorating day in the snow, warm up with a hot meal and a cold beverage at the lodge!
